- 【Strap Removal Method】Press one end of the spring lever from the back of the watch, and use the "spring lever removal tool" to remove the fork end of the tool between the lugs and the strap. The spring bar removal tool has a tool that grabs the ridge and compresses it. Gently press the strap to depress the spring lever. At the same time, apply some downward pressure and the spring bar will pop out.
- 【How to Install the Strap】Insert the spring bars into the holes on both sides of the strap. Push them all in and center them inside the strap. Install the short end of the strap. Insert the end of the spring lever from the back of the watch into the hole in the case lug. Use the spring bar removal tool to press the other end of the spring bar into the hole in the lug. Gently pull on the spring bars, making sure both spring bars are in the holes, or the strap comes off the watch.
How to remove the watch band:
1. Make sure you are on a flat surface (table or table). Place the watch on a cloth or towel to avoid scratching.
2. Take the table below. Press one end of the spring rod from the back of the watch, use the ""spring rod remover tool"", and use the spring rod to remove the fork (fork) end of the tool between the lug and the strap. The spring rod removal tool has a tool that will grab the ridge and allow it to compress.
3. Apply a slight pressure to the strap (away from the lug) to depress the spring lever. At the same time, applying some downward pressure, the spring rod will pop out.

How to install the strap:

Make sure that both spring bars are in their holes by pulling them slightly, or that the straps are coming off the watch. Give it a little drag to make sure it is safe.
4. Repeat the above steps on the other side. The long end of the strap (with holes) is at 6 o'clock.
